Electricity & water meters installed by us or M-Paya partner. Each Meter is registered to the owner of the property where it is installed.
2. Vending
Tenants buy prepaid tokens vended by M-PAYA using M-PESA Mobile Money, Retail Shops or Online.
3. Token Generation
The tenant immediately receives an SMS with a recharge credit code.
4. Collection Account
Money received from tenants is accounted for in a secure collection account, Property owners have access to account statements via phone or online.
5. Bills Paid
Every end-month Electricity or water consumed by M-PAYA Meters is paid to the primary main account on behalf of the property owner. Receipts and notifications are sent for all payments made.
